- When you are finished taking the course and are ready for the exam, click the Take Exam button, which is available on the last course page.
- Click the Register button. You'll be asked to supply your name, address, license number, etc., which will enable us to submit your CE credit to the Department of Insurance when you pass the exam. If you've registered for a course in the past, you can use the Fast Track feature, which will pull up all your information with only your license number and last name.
- After you submit your registration info, you'll be shown a Begin Now button. When you're ready, click to begin the exam. You should expect to spend around ten minutes taking it.

- The exam consists of ten multiple-choice questions. For each question, click the circle beside your selected answer. You must answer all ten questions. If you're not sure of an answer, take your best stab at it. You will not be penalized for incorrect answers.
- When you have answered all ten questions, click the Submit Exam button. You exam will be graded and you will be told your results instantly.
- You will need to pass the exam by 70% or better in order to earn CE credit.
- If you did not pass the exam, you will be presented with a Retake button to return to the exam. If you fail the exam three times, it is recommended you go through the entire course again. A link to the first page of the course will be provided beneath the Retake button.

- When you have passed the exam, your CE credit will processed and submitted the same day to your state's Department of Insurance. In California, CE credits are usually applied to your license within 24-48 hours.
