New endorsements in the 2000 edition Don't forget these new endorsements found in the 2000 Personal Liability forms. Other Members Of Your Household - HO 04 58 10 00 The Other Members Of Your Household Endorsement: Assisted Living Care Coverage - HO 04 59 10 00 This endorsement schedules a person living in an assisted living facility, such as long term nursing, assisted living, nursing home, rest home, etc. This person must be related to the insured by blood, marriage, or adoption. This endorsement provides "insured" status for this scheduled person. Additional Insured - Student Living Away From The Residence Premises - HO 05 27 10 00 The Additional Insured - Student Living Away From The Residence Premises Endorsement allows the definition of "insured" to be expanded to include an older student. Note that the student: Residence Held In Trust - HO 05 43 10 00 The changes to Residence Held In Trust: Personal Injury - HO 24 82 10 00 This endorsement separates "personal injury" from the original policy definition of "bodily injury". The endorsement now contains a separate definition of "personal injury". The new Personal Injury endorsement: |
